As some of you may know already its sometimes very hard finding referrals to sign up under you so I'm gonna try and give you a few tips to how it can be done. I used to buy referrals directly from the sites but have found that it is way to expensive compared to the amount of active referrals that you actually get. A lot of people still buy referral packages from sites but this should be the last option as there are plenty of great ways to get referrals cheap or even for free.

1. Downline Builders

I use PTC related forums such as PTCtalk, EarnMoneySpace and TalkPtc. These forums have downline builder sections and I found them very helpful. Of course you will only get one referral(per PTC) unless its a PTC with more than one level of referrals, but its still a start. My personal favorite though is PTCreferrals. Its very easy to use and you can promote a lot of sites through just one link. I've had great success using this one and can recommend to everyone. Especially people that are new to PTC sites should definitely check out PTCreferrals.

2. PTC related blog/webSite

These days its very easy to create a blog or a website in no time. Keep it informative though. Just posting your referral links isn't enough in my opinion. Make it interesting for the people you want to attract. I don't really have the perfect formula for creating a blog but if you know just a little bit about promoting the blog/site it can be very useful. Check out my website too.

3. Banner in signature

If you are active member on PTC forum you can but banners/referral links to PTC sites in your signature. This is not the most effective way to get referrals but it is free. This might also be a good place to post a link to your blog or website. As many of these forums already have high page rank when it comes to PTC it will give your blog/site an better chance of making it on Google/Yahoo.

4. Referral Exchange

This is another good way to get referrals. Use the referral exchange sections on the different PTC related forum to find these exchanges. You will quickly get a hang of how it works but remeber to be active when you make an exchange. If you don't you will get black listed. You will probably also run into someone trying to cheat when you do these deals. This can be very frustrating so try and stay clear of the cheaters if you can.

5. Click Advertising

When it comes to advertising a referral link I recommend using Aurora sites such as EldoradoClickers, EarnEasyCash and GoldMineClicks. Advertising on these sites is very cheap compared to bux sites and if you advertise for a new site you have a great chance of gaining a lot of referrals. From my experience you usually gain about 4-10 referrals per 1000 hits. And with 1000 hits for somewhere between $1-$3 you save a lot compared to buying the referrals off the site itself for $1 per referral. Best part about these referrals is that they join because the found the site interesting. This greatly improves your chances of gaining active referrals.

6. Referral Deals

A referral deal is where you actually pay someone to click for you. These deals can be posted in the PTC forums or on your own blog/site. Just like I have done here. I recommend that you spend at least a few months in the PTC world before you start going into referral deals. Gaining a good reputatation on the PTC forums first will help you be succesful in your referral deals.

7. Guaranteed Sign-Up

Some PTC-sites offers guaranteed sign-ups. For 1$ you usually get 5 guaranteed sign-ups. When you post the sign-up offer you can state some terms that needs to be met. One of them could be that the person signing up needs to click at least 50 ads in order to received money for the offer. This will guarantee active referrals for a very cheap price. Once the offer is over there is no gguarantee that the person will keep clicking though but if its a good site chances are fairly good.

Find that guaranteed sign ups are not worth it. just because you pay someone to sign up doesnt mean that they actually click.
